ANEMONE leveillei

Palmate, deeply divided mottled foliage. Exquisite single white flowers with blue stamens and purple reverse in abundance, April to June. Prefers a little shade but if planted in decent soil and mulched to prevent drying out it's happy in full sun. Dislikes regular disturbance. Lovely with hosts and or ferns. 60cm tall. Sun or semi shade.
