Chinese origins. A rare evergreen shrub with glossy leathery foliage. Large clusters of tiny tubular intoxicatingly scented cream and yellow flowers during May and June. Sun and good drainage preferred. 3m tall. Will take hard pruning after flowering. Hardy to -12Deg C.
