DRIMYS aromatica

"Mountain Pepper" is a columnar, evergreen shrub, dark green leaves. When young are often tinted with an orange/copper look. Deep crimson red stems which are often cinnamon scented. Clusters of yellow/green flowers with twisted petals and yellow anthers, March and April. Glossy berries. Semi shade. 3m tall. Neutral to acid soils.
